PhoTether is an independent application. It is not made, endorsed or supported by any camera manufacturer, and model names are used only to describe which cameras the app works with. Compatibility depends on your camera's firmware.
PhoTether has no server. Your photographs go from your camera to your phone, and then only where you send them.
